keep it simple to start with make sure there is power to the unit, is it 240v? make sure the power is on (it wont be the first time) make sure fuse is ok in the plug or spur, is it a battery unit? check/change battery, if not that look for loose/disconnected lead, usually one fails not all so you are looking at a communal area
