Legal wranglings are like a tennis ball within the software industry and is batted back and forth.Looking at all these patent claims instigated by Apple, it would appear that they are either scared of others innovations, or just want to get others to pay up licencing fees rather than legal defence fees.
That's below the belt Loo. And reported as such. Andrew - it's not about Apple, it's about their innovations, and creations that drove all the other manufacturers to advance their products in competition. I think Apple were the first to use USB, variable speed motors in drives, auto eject drives, integrated computers, the list is endless.
Apple have helped set the benchmark which other companies have tried to keep up with. It is to the credit of these ither companies that they are still in business given Apple's market domination.
