An orchestrated fake attack by someone looking for an excuse to nuke Iran/korea/afghanistan/iceland/majorca/The Isle of White or wherever happens to be the resident evil of the time
We will find out 'who' is responsible in due course but we may never actually know the truth and even if the truth comes out there is nothing we as individuals can do about it.

Reports this morning that an 8yr old boy was killed. What a terrible thing it must be to run 26miles expecting to be greeted by your family at the end, only to find that your wife and one child is in hospital and your other child has gone forever.
I've done some long distance runs and its a great feeling at the end to be greeted by your family. I can't begin to comprehend what it must be like to discover that at the end of the race...

It's a terrible disgusting thing to do to a load of innocent people. I hope they catch those responsible and string them up.
People may not like me for saying this but Boston was a mainstay of American support for the IRA during the troubles, the bucket was passed around over there. They know now that exploding bombs killing and maiming innocent people are not some kind of game.

Of course the other terrorist 'games' that americans choose to ignore are the ones being played in the skies above countries that the US is not even at war with!
You may argue they are wrong ellal, but they are not terrorist activities, the targets are militants not civilians, accidental crossfire is again not terrorism.
