I'm talking about death sentence v's the alternative (life without parole) for the most serious of murder cases, i.e. what this thread is about.

Not sure that would work, the first thing they do is de pollute the vehicle, your suggeywould increase the cost of recycling and create inflationary pressures

you need to look at the bigger picture (difficult i know for lefties) it would only happen to a few cars and even less drivers entering that roadside crusher, the vast majority of the population would soon be towing the line, keeping to the speed limits would greatly improve mpg and reduce climate damaging pollution, and the carnage on our roads would reduce, overall there would be far less deaths on our roads.

Same with the migrant boat problem, machine gun a few mid channel, the boats would stop overnight and within a year or two less lives would be lost at sea. A humanitarian solution.

well, it's fewer drivers for a start, you mean to say.

The rest of your proposal is the kind of drivel i'd expect to hear from a spineless supporter of 'reform' extremist policies.
