NORMAL
1. All time controls, thermostats and safety switches made and call for heat.
2. Motor and ignition on (oil and air). Pumping oil and sparking.
3. Solenoid valve opens. (Black object on top of little pump, releases pressurised oil)
4. Oil sprays and is ignited by spark, flame.
5. Photo-cell probe reacts to flame brightness, turns off ignition (spark)
6. Run position.
7. Runs until heating requirement is satisfied via thermostats.
NO FLAME
1. Thermostats call for heat.
2. Motor-fan-pump and ignition on.
3. Solenoid valve opens for oil.
4. No flame?
5. Photo-cell sees no light and reacts
6. Switches motor-ignition-solenoid off.
7. Box at lock out, light on.
8. Sequence can be tried again after lock out time has passed.
