assuming it has a central support
strips off 2x1 or 3x1 or 4x1" glued together alternating growth rings up down up ect 2" bigger than you need make 2
glue together at 90%
router jigsaw cut with a table saw and jig to shape
will start around 43mm after sanding around 40mm

Surely a circular top would make a table not a bar?
