Eating nuts and seeds is very healthy. Eating only nuts and seeds isn't healthy at all..

In moderation Sourdough is an healthy option.

maybe the sequel could be the actual purchase of the knife? then the cliffhanger of the coffee machine. Just throwing ideas about to give it the cutting edge..
