Cheap food aimed at the poor is often high in fat and sugars.
I don't think he knows any. I do, a few and none are fat. In fact in the case of women I would say a tendency to be the opposite way.

Strangely these 'deprived' families never seem to be wasting away. To the contrary, often they're fatties in plus sized tracksuits and trainers. The irony of their attire isn't lost.
One of the things about the diets of the poor is that the cheapest processed foods often contain copious quantities of bulking materials such as sugar, animal fats and palm oil. Those do tend to make you fat
 


It will be quite a few years before dUK can rebuild a trustworthy reputation so that EU would contemplate a rejoin.

Presumably a generation.

There are a lot of Brexers to be cleared out of politics and the media before that will happen.

However, the dUK and the EU will benefit when we get a government that focusses on co-operation with our neighbours and potential partners.
