British gas 330 f22 thermal store

I have a British gas 330 with a code f22 dry which is connected to a gledhill torrent thermal store.

The pump on the right hand side of the picture is getting very hot, the tank has plenty of water in it.

How does this pump system fill and bleed itself?

There is a bleed on the return to the boiler.

Is it a sealed loop? If the pump on the right was replaced what would the filling/bleeding procedure be?

Check the pump is running ,

The pump has power to it and sounds like it's running but I think it has poor flow or dry.
