British Gas boiler

I have a British Gas 300+ boiler. We had an F4 error code which changed after pressing the RESET button to F22 which i understand that this means we need to repressurize the system.

Does anyone out there know how to do this.

If you have an external condensate run then it's frozen. You need to defrost it before the boiler will work again
