hello, anyone know what the zs is for bs3871 fuses to meet regs disconnection times.
plus any ideas what type of bs3871's i have...they are the switch type with no push buttons...i think they are type 2, but not 100%

cheers

Depends what size they are, and you need to be certain about the type.

It's all in BS7671 anyway.

there are various amps from 1.5 up to 30 amp.....it doesnt say what type they are on the fuses. any idea how i identify them?? plus where in the regs is the zs values?

Have you looked on the side?

What exactly is written on the MCBs

Have a look at table 2D in the On Site Guide

Type 1 max zs = 230/(ratingx4.7)
Type 2 max zs = 230/(ratingx7)
Type 3 max zs = 230/(ratingx10) [same as a 60898 type C]
Type 4 max zs = 230/(ratingx50) [in absence of any specific manufacturers data]
