(My dad fell for their Indian sales patter earlier, and "accidentally" signed us up for a second broadband service. Now muggins here has got to sort it all out.)

You should be able to write to them and say that you do not wish to receive promotional calls.

There is probably a "tick box" on the service contract, but this may have been done a long time ago.
