Building an Upstand

Guys,

I want to build an kerb/upstand for my flat roof to house a window, any suggestions what materials would be best - and any sites that may help me put one together.

4x2 and 18mm ply would do. And 2" angle fillet

3 x 4x2 to give 150mm height and 2" arris at the base. Take membranes up and on to the top of kerb and mount rooflight.
