The most severe being 50% for totally surrounded by thermal insulation.
So, perhaps it would be just as well to use the SFCU with its 13A fuse then 2.5mm² T&E with its maximum CCC of 27A would be satisfactory wherever the cable is run in the wall.
Dry wall back boxes will be alright.
