Building regs and attached garden room uk

Hi I’ve been looking at this to to fit an to the patio doors I’ve looked into it and you don’t need planning permission but i might need building regs can any one help me in the know or is it best just to contact my local a office

If you leave the patio doors on, and don't extend the house heating system into it, and the roof is at least 75% translucent, then you don't need building regulation approval.
