Hello All,
I am after some advice before I get some quotes to have our new oven installed. We have a stand alone gas cooker at the moment and these are the ratings of our new built in (under worktop) electric oven :

Grill Element : 1,650 W
Convection Element : 2,000 W
Oven Light : 25W
Cooling Fan : 25W
Convection Fan : 25W
Total Rating : 2,075
Supply Voltage (50Hz) : 230V

Connection Via :
13A socket outlet : 13A spur box : 2.5mm cable : 3 core : butyl insulated
Cooker Control Unit : 2.5mm cable(minimum) : pvc/twin and earth : 15-20A

What I would like to know is how this should be wired up, does it have to be connected directly to the consumer unit on it's own circuit with it's own breaker etc ?
If you need anymore info' please let me know,
many thanks
Benno
