Been advised it would be ok to have a 800mm wide extractor built into my 2x500 units which is above my induction hob. The distance between hob and bottom of unit is 680mm. The extractor is just under 300mm deep and does not pull out. Just worried condensation will build up on front of high gloss units as it is not as deep as hob? Anyone with ideas? Or will it be ok?

I would say if the extraction rate of the fan is specced properly, it shouldn't be an issue.

Very few extractors are as deep as hobs, otherwise you would always bang your head on them!
