BUILT UNDER AND BUILT IN OVENS

Are these the same

I know, built in normally go in at eye level and built under, go under a worktop,

but !!

will the same oven do both jobs; after all it's still being built into a cabinet within the kitchen

Built under generally has the hob above it.
But a single oven can be built in or built under, as long as the cabinet dimensions remain as the manufactures instructions (this is an airflow requirement)

built in ovens normally have the controls at the side so if you use it as a built under oven the controls will be too low -under ovens have controls at the top
