Burying pvc cable In plastic conduit?

Is it acceptable to fit pvc cable inside plastic conduit and bury under a concrete path by cutting out a section of concrete, burying the conduit then re-concerting over?

Is there a minimum depth it needs to be buried.

You really want Armour SWA or High Tuff. The guide for that is at the very least Spades Depth but the deeper the better, any buried cable must have Yellow Electrical Warning tape too
