I guess you mean the dead stems because none of leaves are JKW.

Its actually not as invasive as once thought and can be controlled. There was a big patch on the industrial estate near me, a few applications of glyphosate knocked it right back .

If you are still buying, that has just lowered the price

On the other hand if the patch is close to a neighbour, could he sue you?
