A google search for "zb 7-78" (just visible on the OP's video) came up with the MIs for for a WB system boiler that looks remarkably like the OP's. Early G'star, HW dial decorative only, as functional as that on an iJunior. MI s dated 2004!

Edit: the OP might have been kind enough to have offered the make and model off his own bat...

Incorrect. The "R" is irrelevant in this context. R 25 & 30 HE are combi Condensing boilers. R 28 HE is a system Condensing boiler.

The R stands for Regular boiler which is what you have , without the R it is a combi boiler

R is also part of the Combi model coding on this range "Greenstar R25-30 HE Combi" according to WB.

I think the misunderstanding that the R only applies to Regular boilers in this range does not need to be discussed anymore.
