Calculating oil boiler kw by nozzle size?

Riello was standard on some of these, I service several, all around 50-70.
These have a G5Balanced flue burner. .60x80EH at 115psi will give you about 60,000 Bthu.

It has the front cover/ box missing, will that be a problem?

The cover is to make it room sealed appliance.
