Can 2 dishwashers run off 1 fused socket?

1) It's fine, as long as you only use one at a time.

2) Apart from 3-gang ones, sockets are not fused.
 
Sorry - guess I meant spur? Thx - I'll have 2 then as both may be on at same time.
 
A dish washer does not use much power except when heating water and on a staggered start so both not heating together likely there would not be a problem.

A spur is rated at about 20A which is of course larger than the single 13A fuse but not double and I would not want to run two 13A appliances myself from a spur.

But we at this stage don't know they are 13A a washing machine I just looked at was Max 2200W which is just over 19A for two so would be just within the limits.

So I would say two 2.2KW machines OK but two 3Kw machines no.
