:?: Hi

I need to connect the spigot on new toilet to soil pipe.

My problem is that a regular 90° pan connector leaves a gap
between 40-50mm (to far forward from the wall).

Burnerman (from this site), kindly suggested using a 90° Space Saver Bend.

While looking to buy one I read: to be used in a VERTICAL position.

Is this correct?

I can't see why it cannot be HORIZONTAL.

Could you please confirm if a 90° Space Saver Bend is OK to fit in a
horizontal position - if it has to be vertical, do you know the reason why.

I really don't want to fit something that might cause a problem.

Many thanks.

have read before about only fitting them vertical.

try one if your close to the main stack can't really see an issue with the flow as would be on a long run.

Thanks seco services.

The run is only around 2 meters (WC is on ground floor).

I'll take a chance.
