I work for a company that makes stainless steel flues and lead flashings are commonly used with them. The galvanic effect from different metals being in contact with each other is very small with lead and SS. They are not far apart on the nobility table so corrosion risk is minimal. The reducer will likely be 316 grade so it should be fine.
