Our soil pipes run inside our property and therefore take up space in the bathroom and kitchen.
I was wondering if I move them side the property if I need to contact the local planning office?
Can any one help me please?

well...??? really!!! you should contact your local friendly building regs fella at the council... but then again they will charge you but its a notifiable installation.... if you wanna sell your domicile after july 2007 you will have to inform prospective purchasers of work carried out provide warrantees permission blah blah blah.
just dont 4get to provide rodding access and make sure that the first bend underground is a long rest bend.... cos you will be tired after all that digging... (long radius bend with rodding eye at ground level)
