Well done to them, I wish them well, and any others like them. Sadly, they are probably an exception to the rule, and lets not forget, we have a vast army of home grown lazy sods and child bearing machines who will never work while the benefits make it more enticing not to. I've nothing against immigrants if they bring something positive to the country, some do, many don't.
Refugees are not allowed to work. They would if they could. Only after receiving leave to remain can they start working, and most do. Some are denied leave to remain, but are also denied permission to work.

If you are referring to migrants (not refugees, despite your conflation), then the very reason for them migrating is to better themselves via work.
Therefore all migrants arrive with the intention of working. Many things prevent them, discrimination and racism being the most obvious reason. Racism such as that displayed by the bigoted few on here.

Agree nearly everything you say. Except I'd say

You're also conflating refugees with migrants.
Migrants migrate to improve their 'lot'. They can only do that by working.
Refugees are not allowed to work.
Second generation British born can choose what they do with their lives, and are more often than not 'westernised' into adopting the dominant culture, ie. the British culture. But they still face racism and discrimination in their quest for work.
I'm amazed at your ability to differentiate between migrants, second (and subsequent) generation immigrants, and refugees on sight. You ought to be on telly.

That's precisely why I want you to corroborate it. Because if you don't, it looks like a load of untruths.

And until you do, I shall treat it as such! :)
