I can help you...

Get 2 more quotes and compare them with the original and how you feel about the guys quoting.

Biggest advice is don't assume cheap is best. Remember... cheap work isn't good and good work isn't cheap.

Just so you know why no one can help you I'll explain.

1/ how long is the gutter? what material? how many floors up is it? is scaffold needed?
2/ How big is the tree? what tree is it? whats the root system like? does roots need removing? stump left OK? What is the outbuilding made of? how big is it? what is the access like to remove debris? are there any services to the outbuilding?
3/ How long is the gutter? what material? how many floors up is it? is scaffold needed? fix what leak? why is it leaking?
4/ how big is the flat bay? what access is available? What has to come off first? How badly damaged is it?
5/ New roof to window? How bigs the roof? flat roof? pitched? dormer? tiles? felt? rubber? what needs taking back first? why do you need it in the first place?
6/ OK easy, but why?
7/ What waste is being removed?

If you can answer all of the above then someone may help but your original post just doesn't have enough detail. There are things in there I would be checking on and could cost a lot more.

Good advice.
Soliciting - not good.

OP: Make sure the rubbish is not ditched beside the road. They should have a waste carriers licence.

That's a lot of variety of work for a firm. Looks like a typical gypo quote.

Make sure they are not chancers, and can actually do all that type of work or sub it out to specialists.
