Can this flue be reused for any new boiler?

Hi all I’m changing my boiler and I’ve just had a new flat felt roof, the flue is a vertical flue approx 500mm from neighbours wall. The current boiler is a valiant boiler, can the existing flue be used for the new boiler eg veismann or Worcester bosch or valiant, or do all new boilers need new flues? Because if I need to change the flue I have to redo parts of the felt roof? Any advice would be great thank you, I know different boilers come with different vertical flue kits

No you will have to replace the flue.

Oh no, thought so thanks, how about the positioning if it’s 500mm away from the wall can i use the same hole in the roof? Or does flue need moving even more away from wall? Thanks

depends on manufacturer what distance from adjacent wall baxi allow 300mm
