just wondering if i dont drain system totally down, and add another 1ltr can of sentinal can you do harm if theres to high concentration in system ? . sytem is a sealed system by the way. problem is some of my pipe work is in floor drain is just above floor i didnt put the drain there the plumber who fitted the system did 20 years ago. any way thanks for interesting forum nice to read peoples boiler problems

You can only overdose if you drink the stuff. Another litre of X100 in the system will do no harm whatsoever, and may well do some good in suppressing corrosive action.

Ideally a good flush out and redosing is the ideal scenario, but within the limits you have described I'd say go right ahead.

hi there thanks for that yes i was going to flush it out using filling loop but i was told on here if i use isolating valves under boiler to stop crap entering it chances are they will leak afterwards?
