FFS how many times do you need telling? The law is 5.6 weeks annual holiday. That’s 28 days for someone that works 5 days per week. A business MUST give that to each employee. That can include 8 bank holidays. They could therefore give the employee 20 days annual leave and 8 days bank holiday so it will cost them no more. Not a penny. What are you having trouble understanding?
