Hi,
I had a problem with the above machine but lots of Hoover machines are similar.
It would not start the cycle and cane up with E08 error code. I found this relates to the motor and is usually to do with the carbon brushes on the motor.
I found this site which shows how to change them (quite simple really - about 1/2 hour job)
https://www.how-to-repair.com/help/...hes-hoover-candy-iberna-teka-otsein-zerowatt/
I also found out that Hoover use one of 5 different motors on its machines so take the motor off and remove a brush before you buy the part so you can compare it with the one you buy.
I used the following part
http://www.buyspares.co.uk/candy/wa...82&shop=candy&path=111516&refine=carbon+brush
but be careful to choose the correct part as the locating lugs are in different places on the range of brushes.
One other tip: if you have had to drain the machine make sure that you tighten the drain plug up again as the machine will not operate (it took me a while to sort that out!)
