Cannon Foldaway grill

My wife loves this elderly grill and wants to transport it to our new house. The problem is that new place is on natural gas whereas the last place was on LPG. So I'm looking for replacement jets (ie natural gas jets) for the grill. Any suggestions, or anyone with a Foldaway that's excess to requirements they want to pass on?
