Canopy and flue outlet

I want to attach a canopy to the side of my house over the utility door, as you can see from the pictures attached the flue will be just under the canopy. The canopy will be 80cm deep and 200cm wide, will the flue be within the regulations in this situation? The boiler is an Ideal Logic combi, the installation manual doesnt cover my situation.

use the measurement for under eaves or under carport roof 25mm

The installation manual has no guidance at all about flue clearances other than when its on a flat or pitched roof. I have the full install manual so unsure why the information is missing.
