I have only just found a name on the box. I never knew it had a flap that opens up. It is a "veritas 8C"
The leds that are lit are zone 2 lit up solid red led
zone 3 lit up solid red led
zone 6 is flashing red led
unset is lit up solid in green
power is lit up solid in green
