Cap for radiator to turn on and off

i have an old style radiator in one of the bedrooms. I cannot find the cap/valve thing that goes on to be able to turn radiator on and off.
Do any of you know where I can get one. I don't want to put try on this one as I may at some point change the whole room and put new radiator in. I just want to be able to turn it on and off when needed so I don't have to keep using the pliers.

There are others available but if you have an unusual valve it could prove difficult,

Is this the only rad with turn valves compared to the others? There may be a reason why it has lockshield valves, as the boiler may need a bypass and that rad is it, so the valves shouldn't be shut off during normal use though it's not usually a bedroom rad that's used.

It's not bypass rad that one is the bathroom towel rail.
I have just list the cap that goes on to turn rad on and off in bathroom so will not be lock shield cap.
