Capping washing machine supply

Bit of a silly question I should know the answer to, but dont.

I removed an old washing machine and installed a new one today. The new one is cold fill, so old hot connector tap is redundant and I want to cap it off in case tap gets turned on by accident. What size cap will seal it off.
