Hello. I have a conservatory, which, as you may assume, is insanely hot in summer, and freezing in winter.
I currently have exposed brick, tiled floor, and a climate control unit out there. I will be plastering and having a radiator installed.
I'm considering putting down a carpet in there to make it a little more bearable during the winter months. However the thought of carpet in there during summer months, really does not sound appealing. I therefore need to consider a temporary measure, of having a carpet I can have down in the winter, and take-up and store in the summer.
I am currently considering felt back carpets........ fitted to the shape of the room. However, is this going to give a suitable thickness, to ensure a little warmth under foot. I don't like the idea of just throwing a big rug down there. Any ideas or suggestions would be fantastic. Thanks
