Cavity liner

Hi,

I have several cavity liners around my extension. Just wanted some advice on the attached pic.

The dense blocks sittings above will only be covering around 90 to100mm either side of the cavity liner.
Is this ok, or should I use a lintel above which spans 150mm either side of the liner?

There will be around 4 to 10 courses above the liners.

The blocks are 440mm x 215 mm 7N dense blocks.
