Whenever I replace one of my ceiling light bulbs from the kitchen, it takes an age to unscrew it as somehow, it becomes fast. Does anyone else have the same problem - or even better = the solution? all tips welcome

Is the lampholder broken so that it is just twisting round without unsrewing the lamp?
Are they recessed?
What type of bulbs?
Is it just that it's hard to get purchase on them?
