Could you at least describe clearly what it is you are trying to achieve and at the same time seperate your text speech from basic english, it makes things much clearer and will allow us to help and/or advise
Since you have access to the loft and provided the junction box is available for servicing you can remove the ceiling rose and replicate the wiring in the loft on a junction box.
Most newer light fittings do have enough space for choc terminals to sit inside with all the L, N, SL and E wires terminated.
Keeping the wires available in the room, rather than in the loft does mean they are better placed, firstly for service / change in future and also because you can loft board without boarding round or leaving access to the junction box.
