Central Heating fitting costs?? ..... ball park?

i am having central heating fitted from scratch in average 3 bed semi, have got all the kit (boiler and pipe etc) have got all plastic pipe for under floors but copper for any rad tails etc have lifted all the floor boards for him plumber wants £650 to fit does that sound expensive??

Sounds dirt cheap . So providing everything done to standard go for it

I concur very cheap I would say £1200 including flushing commissioning etc to standard for London.

I dont know why you are having plastic pipe but thats your choice!

All I can say is that I dont consider plastic should be used for pressurised heating systems.

It also sounds cheap to me! make sure he is CORGI and notifies the installation to CORGI and uses a cleanser like X300 in the system.
