Ceramic wall tile spacer width

Am using ceramic wall tiles 25 by 20 cm.
Have just finished bathroom using 2mm spacers OK.
Am just about to start tiling the toilet next to the bathroom and I find that the width is to wide using 2mm spacers but if I use 3mm I could just make it .
My question is would 3mm spacer make the grout look to wide ?
