Change isolation valve

Hi all,
Quick question. We have a leaking isolation valve for our toilet. It’s on plastic pipes. I’ve bought a new one from our local merchants but not sure how to get the old one off. Can anyone advise please? I will attach a picture.

Hi @FiremanT thanks for your reply. I’ve figured it out now. The blue bite were covering the bits I had to squeeze in to get them to release.
