Changes to permitted development?

Hi,

I recall a couple of months back that regulations around permitted development would change to make it less retrictive.

Is that the case? I wondered what would change and when.

They changed PD two and bit years ago. In some ways they are now less restrictive but with regard to outbuildings they are much more restrictive.

Thanks. I know they made changes in 2008 but when the new Government came in they spoke about making further changes.
