Changing a two way ceiling light fitting Help

DIY noob here. I just purchased 2 ceiling lights wanting to change the old ugly fittings from previous owner. When I dismantled the old one I realised it has more connections and lines than the one I purchased.

Please if someone can shed some light on how the wires should go onto the new lighting that would be great. Or if it is even compatible.

There are 2 lights controlled by a 2 way switch. Switch "A" can turn both lights on and off (Switch "B" is the same).

I have attached a diagram of the two old fittings and picture of the new light fitting I would want to replace.

Thanks, also regarding the ChocBox, do i put the loop wires in the same end or in opposing ends? it shows in the tutorial that they just bunched it up. am i correct if it is done like the diagram attached?

Oh dear....
if you look at the bit of chock BLOCK you will see that it is a single piece of copper with a screw at each end.
So you can bunch the wires at one end, or have the two wires coming from opposite directions.

I do worry about your ability to do what you are planning......

There's always a first to everything. I guess it doesn't matter if its opposite ends or the same end since its the same circuit.
