How easy it it to change the controls for the central heating? We have just moved into a new house and its the most complicated controller I've ever had to use. The current one is called Warm World and it doesn't allow you to just turn the heating or water on for an hour or whatever you seem to have to program it every time and the touch pad buttons are really hard to use.

Obviously I wouldn't attempt to change it myself but is it relatively straightforward or would it require a new boiler as well?

WHich one have you got?
Some of their controls are the dog's bo1locks.
If it's an older boiler they're simple as pie and changing the controller would be a piece of cake, unless that sort of thing isn't your cup of tea in which case you might make a dog's breakfast of it.
