Changing plug on Thai 8 way gang socket

Thanks for that - the Thai plugs are round pin, so will go in either way - so does that mean I can wire either the black or the green to the bottom right or left in my UK plug?

(I also found that Thaiforum site - didn't make any ****y sense to me!!)
