Changing spotlight bathroom

Hi there,

I’m replacing my lights with LEDs and am trying to work out how to remove the bulbs in my bathroom.

I’ve tried everything but can’t work it out. Can anyone enlighten me?

Looks like they should twist out. I think these lamps are often supplied with a sunction pad to grip the lamp.

Can you find a picture or video demonstration? As I’m struggling to find an example with those sort of fittings?
