Christmas & New Year holiday leave?

For those of us who work (whether employed or self-employed) what days are you off between 19 December to 6 January inclusive? Don't bother saying whether it's statutory holidays and/or annual leave you're using, just tell us what days you're off between the above dates. Don't bother mentioning weekends either unless you usually work them.

Off Friday 23 December. Back in for one day to provide cover (Wednesday 28) then off again until retuning to work Wednesday 4 January.

In the workshop 19-23, 27, 28 and back in the customers 4th.

When I was employed would usually work as normal (with half day on Christmas Day or Boxing Day) unless out of the country. Combination of being in a service industry and not really having a young family.

Never had to work at New year - had a Scottish boss.

When i was self employed would finish the week before christmas and start back in feb managed to last till beginning of march one year .Self employed was a lifestyle choice
